We had an amazing Year 3 Egyptian Day workshop on Friday 4^th February 2022. The whole of Year 3 dressed up in Ancient Egyptian clothing and took part in some interesting activities, from Canopic jar making to writing hieroglyphics. We took part in a royal feast hosted by Queen Nefertiti and Pharaoh Akhenaten played by some of the children in our year group. Role play was an integral part of the day, and the activities helped us learn much more about how the ancient Egyptians lived.
