On Tuesday, the Year 5-6 athletics team competed in Barnet Sportshall Athletics held at Copthall Leisure Centre. Sportshall Athletics is an indoor athletics event where children compete as a team in a mixture of track and field events. On the day we received 2nd place and the children were all very pleased with their medals. Overall, for the Sportshall Athletics event, Garden Suburb Junior School were placed 5th in the borough.

The team showed incredible resilience and teamwork. Congratulations to all those involved as it is a testament to all your hardwork and determination.
